REMOTE
CRAWLSPACE
INSPECTIONS
See what others can’t.
Some crawlspaces are simply inaccessible for a person to enter. That doesn’t mean the area should go uninspected.
We use a remote inspection crawler to safely access areas beneath the home—so you get a clearer picture and a more complete inspection.
Know what you’re buying. Feel at ease.
HOW REMOTE CRAWL SPACE WORKS.
01. WE ASSESS THE ACCESS POINT
We first evaluate the crawlspace entrance and determine whether conventional entry is practial and sagfe.
02. THE CRAWLER GOES IN
If the space cannot be physically accessed by the inspector, the crawler is positioned at the opening and driven underneath the structure.
03. WE INSPECT FROM ABOVE
Live video gives us a real-time view. Adjustable lighting and 10x optical zoom helps us examine areas in detail.
04. WE REPORT WHAT WE FIND
Photos and video of observed conditions are included in your inspection report.
A CRAWLSPACE SHOULDN’T BECOME A BLIND SPOT.
Traditional crawlspace access has limitations. An opening may be too small, the clearance too low, standing water may be present, or conditions may be unsafe.
When an inspector can’t safely enter, important parts of the crawlspace can go unseen.
Our crawler changes that.
The Marten MK2 Pro is a remotely operated inspection vehicle that navigates under the home while we view a live camera feed from above. It’s built specifically for inspection work in tight, dark, and difficult environments.
