This is the very best way to ensure that your new home is built exactly as you’d like it. We’ll visit the site multiple times to make sure your blueprints are being followed. If we find any issues, we’ll let you know immediately.

After you move-in, it’s important to keep a continual eye on your home’s systems. During this inspection service, we’ll take a look at each system. We’ll let you know when something is going to break, along with giving you a heads up when a system is entering its end-of-life phase.

4-Point Inspection
When you purchase an older house, most insurers will want some protection. Therefore, they may require you to get a 4-Point Inspection. This inspection service includes:

We’ll take samples of the air quality in the home you’re interested in. Once we receive the results, we’ll advise you whether to move forward or not. We can also tell you how to repair the issue if the air quality is bad. This is an add-on service that is not included in a normal inspection for an additional cost.
Asbestos Testing
Is there asbestos hiding in your home? During this inspection service, we’ll let you know if there’s any asbestos hiding beneath a few layers of paint. Getting this taken care of is a critical step toward being a responsible homeowner. This is an add-on service that is not included in a normal inspection for an additional cost.
